Ingredients
1.Kadala maavu( tamil)
2.chilly power
3.Salt
4.Ginger paste.
5.Onion- 2/3
6.Corianderleaves,can get in emart ( not essential,if it there good)
7.Green chilly-2/3
8.Rice power. can get here
9.Oil to fry
Methodology
ok exp started..
first cut the onion and green chilly and keep aside in plate.
than take a vessel..put the "kadala mavu"( 1/4 kg) in it..than mix rice powder ( 1/4 paper cup)..,ginger paste ( one spoon),onion and chilly ,coriander leaves ,chilly powder ( 1 or 2 spoon,depend on your taste),salt
mix it well..
add water little by little and c that the paste comes semiliquid..(not very liquid or solid)...
if it is very liquid than it will catch more oil..so c to it
taste if every thing correct.. ( "eedha sollavaindam default it will come")
now the paste is ready to be fried
than heat oil...keep the gas in medium flame and using a spoon pour this mixture in the oil ..small amount at a time...
at a time some 3 to 4 bajji can be prepared..(depends one the vessel and oil)
fry it in oil( u know how to fry no need to tell i think)
