Chicken Chuka Kolambu

Chicken Chuka Kolambu

Boneless Chicken – 1/2 Kilogram
Oil – 3 tablespoon
Urad dal – 1 tablespoon
Tomato – 2 numbers
Tamarind paste – 1 tablespoon
Masala Powder – 2 tablespoon
Mustard – 0.5 tablespoon
Onion – 1
Clove – 1 or 2
Coriander Leaf
Karveppilai

Preparation

Boil the chicken very well, separate the chicken and soup and keep it
aside. In a pan heat oil,add mustard, urad dal. onion, cut tomato, coriander leaf, karveppilai and fry it very well untilthe tomato is smashed by heat. Then pour some chicken soup in it and let it boil for some time (more the soup and more the boiling, the better is the taste).Then add masala powder, salt to
taste and tamarind paste and let it boil for some more time. Once the
Kolambu paste forms, add the chicken and let it boil for 5 more minutes. By the time it is over you will smell the aroma and will be hungry to taste it.
